A high-temperature trolley furnace has no universal price independent of its duty. Distinguish sustained operating temperature, short-term maximum temperature and the complete process curve before comparing lining, heating, loading, controls and supply scope.
A Suneng high-temperature trolley-furnace document lists a local fibre-blanket material grade separately from the complete furnace’s maximum working temperature. When a quotation names a refractory grade, request the corresponding furnace operating limit, material location and project process curve. The material name alone does not establish the furnace operating temperature or prove that the quoted lining, heating and load-bearing arrangement meets sustained duty.

Seven input groups before quotation
- Workpiece/process: material, envelope, weight, fixtures, batch load, curve and cycle.
- Temperature duty: sustained operating range, short-term maximum and its duration.
- Zone/loading: effective zone, distribution, support and entry/exit.
- Lining/heating: thermal structure, elements, zones, regulation and maintenance.
- Trolley/seals: trolley, hearth, door, seals, rails and site interfaces.
- Controls/acceptance: sensing, records, interlocks, test state and criteria.
- Supply/service: equipment, installation, commissioning, training, documents, spares and responsibilities.
Why sustained temperature comes first
A rated or short-term maximum alone does not describe continuous duty. The usual range, heating/holding sequence, temperature changes and load allow the supplier to assess lining, heaters, structural support, seals, sensors and controls.
“High-temperature” is not one fixed configuration. Equal chamber dimensions can correspond to different workpiece/fixture heat loads, process times, records and acceptance. Compare technical conditions, supply and commercial terms separately. Mark missing items for clarification rather than assume inclusion.
Suneng can clarify high-temperature trolley proposals, configuration boundaries and quotations from agreed workpiece/process, sustained temperature, zone/loading, interfaces, controls and acceptance. This is general enquiry guidance, not a promise of price, configuration, performance, delivery, consumption, product quality or service results. The confirmed project documents and contract govern the actual offer.
