First confirm that the operating procedure applies to this trolley furnace. Electric and gas equipment, door/trolley mechanisms, control programs and interlocks can require different limits. Actual operation belongs to trained and authorised personnel following equipment manuals, controlled site procedures, work requirements and company safety rules.
Six groups of pre-start checks
- Confirm procedure number, version, approval, applicable equipment and control program.
- Confirm the shift team's training, authorisation, responsibilities and site working conditions.
- Use equipment documents to check utilities, cooling or lubrication, circulation, door/trolley, seals/guards, measurement/records, alarms and emergency stops.
- Confirm workpieces, fixtures, loading limits and the approved process program.
- Verify movements, alarms, interlocks and protections as required by the procedure; do not bypass them on the basis of experience.
- Confirm abnormal-event reporting, restart authority, shift handover and records.
A Suneng gas-fired trolley-furnace document lists pre-acceptance, installation/commissioning, training, operating/maintenance instructions and drawings as deliverables. Distinguish receiving a document from confirming that it matches the final equipment. Check versions, equipment identity, manuals, operating and maintenance procedures, drawings, wear parts, supply lists, commissioning and training records. Supplier training supports understanding of equipment boundaries but does not replace the operating company’s job authorisation, safety education or site-management responsibilities.
Within the agreed project scope, Suneng can provide equipment explanations, operating/maintenance documents, training, commissioning records and operating-boundary clarification. This general checklist does not replace manuals, site procedures, work permits, emergency plans or company rules, nor guarantee safety, production continuity, product quality or an incident-response outcome.
