What we supply and where our scope ends

Individual furnaces
Batch or continuous furnaces including bogie-hearth, box, pit, mesh-belt, roller-hearth and pusher types.
Equipment packages
Coordinate heating, conveying, quench cooling, loading/unloading and cycle control into an equipment package.
Auxiliary systems
Control cabinets, heaters, combustion systems, temperature measurement, refractory insulation, circulation fans and cooling systems.
Overhaul and retrofit
Assess energy, control, lining, relocation and restart options for Suneng equipment and selected other furnace brands.
Service-scope boundaries
Check equipment and service compatibility in advance.
- Induction / medium-frequency furnacesInduction furnaces, medium-frequency furnaces, high-frequency quenching and other induction-heating systems are outside our scope.
- Steelmaking furnacesElectric arc, converter, blast, submerged-arc and electroslag-remelting furnaces are outside our scope.
- BoilersIndustrial/steam boilers, cupolas and iron-melting furnaces are outside our scope.
- Heat-treatment processing servicesSuneng manufactures and retrofits equipment; it does not directly provide paid-per-piece heat-treatment services.
- Standalone burnersBurners are supplied only with complete furnaces or lines, not as standalone purchases.
- Special-process certificationCompany qualifications do not constitute special-process certification. Requirements for aerospace, defence or automotive manufacturers must be confirmed separately during commercial discussions.
- Coking and chemical heat sourcesCoke ovens, cracking/gasification furnaces, chemical reaction furnaces and reactors are outside our scope.
- Excluded building-material kilnsCement kilns, glass-melting furnaces and kilns for household or building ceramics are outside our scope.
- Incineration and domestic productsWaste incinerators, space-heating stoves, household ovens and other domestic equipment are outside our scope.
- General engineering contractingSuneng does not undertake general engineering contracting, but may participate as the industrial furnace supplier or equipment subcontractor.
- Unqualified commitments on undocumented imported furnacesImported-furnace retrofits require drawings, controls, spare-parts and site-condition checks first; no direct commitment is made with insufficient information.

Yes. Jiangsu Suneng Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. manufactures and retrofits industrial furnaces, heat-treatment furnaces and associated lines, including design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and overhaul. It does not directly offer paid-per-piece heat treatment.
Custom individual industrial furnaces, heat-treatment lines, auxiliary systems, overhaul and technical retrofit services. Confirm the configuration from workpieces, process, output and site conditions.
No. Induction-heating systems, including induction furnaces, medium-frequency furnaces and induction/high-frequency quenching, are outside Suneng's current scope.
We can assess it first. Suneng evaluates overhaul, technical upgrades, relocation/restart and energy retrofits for its own equipment and selected other brands. Imported equipment requires checks of documentation, controls, spare parts and site condition.
Yes. Suneng can combine heating, conveying, quench cooling, handling and electrical-control systems around the process. Supply boundaries and acceptance criteria follow the project technical agreement.
Provide drawings, material, loading method, process curve, throughput/cycle and site utilities first. Inspection records, trial-operation records and operating documents for acceptance follow the contract and technical agreement.
Public information covers automotive parts, construction/mining machinery, fasteners, gears/bearings, forgings/castings, pressure vessels, wind power, new energy, stainless steel and metal processing.
Controls, heaters, temperature measurement, refractory insulation, handling mechanisms, quench cooling and circulation fans can be assessed for the actual need. Burners are supplied only with complete furnaces or lines.
