Billet shape, section, length, unit mass and initial temperature. 3. Permitted forging/die-entry temperature window and its basis. 4. Representative, maximum and minimum sizes; positioning, anti-roll and surface requirements. 5. Target parts output, shifts, changeovers and the forging press's actual receiving cycle. 6. Furnace-exit to die-entry route and time; short press stops, restart and abnormal-billet handling. 7. Available electricity or gas, workshop space and adjacent equipment interfaces. 8. Test conditions for workpiece temperature, feed cycle and product validation. Send material/process documents, layout sketches and workpiece photos using the existing contact channels.
